At Dialed Cycling Lab, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
